I purchased this shampoo and conditioner on the website. After using the shampoo, the hair color faded even faster and it didn't help to neutralize the reddish tone.
One positive aspect is that the hair smells very pleasant and becomes smoother and more manageable.
Overall, the Redken line is quite good, but perhaps this specific shampoo and conditioner didn't work for me personally.
I will continue using their products, but maybe something from a different series.

Finally found a shampoo for brunettes! Redken consistently proves its quality! The shampoo works and gives a cool tone. Red shades do not appear on chocolate hair. I used it in combination with the conditioner. I also used the mega soft series for dry hair, which I also liked! However, I do not recommend using it for more than 3 months, otherwise the hair becomes oversaturated and the opposite effect occurs (this is about the mega soft conditioner).
