Parana Bois 1920 — is a fragrance designed for both men and women, belonging to the woody scent family. This new edition of Parana was released in 2018 by the perfumer Enzo Galardi.
The top notes of the composition include bergamot, blackcurrant, and cardamom. At the heart of the fragrance are rose, jasmine, and orris, culminating in a base of amber, white musk, patchouli, and oakmoss, which accentuate the scent's unique and sophisticated character.
If there is an opportunity, test it out. I was expecting something better, as it only lasts 2-3 hours... Overall, I like this perfume house, but the numerous recommendations did not live up to this scent. I can detect a chemical undertone on me, and in terms of notes, it would be better for spring/summer. Classic, frutty, and other fragrances sound much more powerful and vibrant.
The scent reminded me of Histoires de Parfums' This is not a blue bottle 1.1, but neither this nor that one really appealed to me. The resemblance to Creed Aventus is only present in the initial 15 minutes, as afterwards it becomes a completely unique fragrance.
I have tried almost all the "clones" of Aventus, and in my opinion, this one is not just the best among them, but it is even better than Aventus itself. This is due to the note of birch, which makes it more vibrant, light, and juicy, so to speak. I didn't expect anything less from this brand, as all their fragrances sound very vivid and natural.
Everyone is writing about a clone of Aventus, but that's not accurate. This is the version of Aventus that existed before the rebranding. The old and beloved Creed in a 120ml bottle.
The popularity of Creed Aventus has led to every well-known designer brand and Arab having a "scent inspired by Aventus" in their collection. Niche houses are also not staying behind, and here we have a beautiful and high-quality fragrance from Bois 1920. The scent is exquisite and after applying it to the skin, there is a light oiliness that indicates its concentration.
Yes, yes, yes! For those who love Creed Aventus, this is the place for you! It may lack a bit in intensity, but it definitely makes up for it in price.
