The balm has a pleasant texture, it is not sticky and does not cause allergies, but the negatives still outweigh the positives:
1) The moisturizing effect is insufficient - if the eyelid skin is dry, using this product overnight can result in waking up in the morning with a grid of wrinkles, a feeling of dehydration in the eyelid skin, and even worse, dark circles under the eyes.
2) Eye concealers do not mix well with this product - they tend to roll off and leave uneven coverage (referring to YSL Touche Eclat, Atelier Paris, Erborian).
3) The price, in my opinion, is greatly inflated by the manufacturer - there are much cheaper and more effective products available. It does not justify its cost.
