I really liked the balm, I bought it 2-3 times specifically for makeup removal. However, clogged pores and pimples appeared! Although I didn't even think that it was because of this product, I continued to use it. Only later did I realize that there is a comedogenic ingredient in the composition. Therefore, this product is not recommended for combination, oily skin, as well as skin prone to comedones.

The quality is imperfect, it cleanses the skin, but breakouts appear.

This is a fabulous balm with a delightful refreshing scent. I liked it even more than the hydrophilic oil because it absorbs better into the pores and rinses off just as easily. I highly recommend it!

This is a good balm. I apply it on damp face using massaging movements until a white milk-like substance forms. However, afterwards I go over it with a sponge and micellar water, as I have repeatedly noticed residue of cosmetics. After that, I use a cleansing foam. The jar lasted for 3 months.

This is a great balm, it is soft and gently cleanses and rinses everything. The consistency is very pleasant and it quickly melts on the fingers. It is quite economical because only a few "peas" are enough to remove a full evening makeup.

I first tried a sample and then ordered the full-sized version. I really liked it! There are no breakouts, the texture is great - it melts immediately on the hands or face. I highly recommend it!

I have sensitive, dry skin so I initially bought a smaller size, but after some time, I purchased a larger jar. I have no complaints whatsoever. I primarily bought it to effectively remove sunscreen and makeup. My dermatologist recommends applying it on dry skin, massaging it well, then wetting my hands with water and going over the skin again. It will look like milk on the face, then thoroughly rinse with water, and only after that, cleanse my face with my main product - a gel or foam cleanser. This is the correct way to cleanse the skin. Then, use a toner, serum, and moisturizer.

I don't recommend it for the reasons mentioned above. I have used other cleansing balms and never had this issue, so I'm throwing this balm away.

I like the balm, but it doesn't always completely remove the foundation. I cleanse my face with the balm, then use a foam cleanser, and sometimes I also use micellar water, but the foundation still remains. It's better not to remove it from the eyes, as it leaves a film.
