I read conflicting reviews, so I decided to buy this product to moisturize my lipstick during the winter since I've been preferring matte lipsticks lately. They last longer and don't smudge, but it's better to use moisturizing lipsticks during the winter to soften the lips. I wasn't expecting any miracles or dramatic lip enhancement. That's just pure fantasy, or in other words, nonsense. Now, let's get to the point. I liked the gloss; I apply it over any matte lipstick color and it nicely softens my lips while adding a subtle pearly shine. Some sensitive women wrote about a very strong tingling sensation on the lips. Well, that's nonsense! It slightly tingles for about 30 seconds. It's like a shoulder bite, nothing that will inflate your lips like dumplings! None of that happens. There are no lip-enhancing effects. Your lips will remain as they are, ladies. The trick is that the gloss color is a light pink. This color visually creates the illusion of fuller lips. I didn't notice any unpleasant or nauseating scent from the gloss, despite being a perfume fanatic. The scent is barely noticeable, almost non-existent. In short, if you have the means and desire to give your beloved lips some hydration and a glamorous shine, don't hesitate. Buy it. I don't regret it. If there are other conflicting options, then go for a simpler and cheaper lipstick. Although, I don't consider the price of this gloss to be unaffordable.
