The cleansing gel, developed by the Mustela brand for dry and atopic skin, offers the utmost gentle cleansing, effective care, and nurturing. Thanks to its mild hypoallergenic formula, the product is suitable for newborns. It not only gently removes impurities but also forms a protective film over the skin and stimulates the natural synthesis of lipids, alleviating inflammation, itchiness, and dryness. Honestly, I am disappointed. The result is absolutely zero, and the usage is also uncomfortable, it's "like snot". We used the brand's foaming shampoo and liked it a lot, so we expected some kind of effect from this gel as well. The baby's skin is atopic.
The consistency is like mucus when applied. There is no smell. One downside is that it is highly consumable. However, it performs excellently in accomplishing its task.
I bought this gel for my son, who has very dry skin when the cold weather sets in. It feels oily and greasy to the touch, but surprisingly, it washes off with water very quickly, even faster than regular shower gel.
We have been using this gel since our daughter was born. We bought it because she had very dry skin. The result is smooth and soft skin. I like that the gel hardly has any scent.
We really liked the gel. Our child's skin became dry, and we could already see the results after the first wash. It lathers well for us. Maybe someone would like more foam, but it's enough for me.
I give it 3 stars solely for the good composition of the product. However, unfortunately, we did not like it at all in reality. It does not foam at all. Previously, we used the same series (stelatopia) body wash cream, and it was good. Unfortunately, it was discontinued and replaced with this one. We simply have something to compare it to, and this one is not very good.
Amazing product. I deduct one star for the shipping issues from the EU and the progressively increasing price.
