I thought long and hard before making this purchase, as I had doubts about its ability to remove makeup. However, it easily removes makeup! Just water, hot water specifically. The only difficulty is removing the makeup between the lashes where eyeliner is applied. But overall, it removes makeup effectively. The key is knowing how to use it. My skin feels soft and clean, and I really like it. I even received a cosmetics bag as a bonus gift.
Finally, there is a product that makes it pleasant and convenient to remove makeup even while taking a bath. It doesn't cause any irritation, which is great for my sensitive skin.
