Unscrew the lid, get a plastic plug out and then screw the lid back on. Dip one end of the stick into the oil. If you want to increase the strength of the fragrance, add more sticks to the diffuser. In small spaces, like bathrooms, use less sticks to make the fragrance not overwhelming. This product has a wonderful fresh scent with a sweet undertone. Most importantly, it is quite strong. I placed it in the hallway and the fragrance can be smelled all the way to the entrance of the building.
The scent is long-lasting, reminiscent of a highly ripe orange. I actually preferred the mango scent from the same brand. I ordered a 55ml bottle and inserted one stick, so I'll see how long it lasts.
