For those who claim that it evaporates quickly - when you place a dry stick (or all 4, but it's not recommended to do it all at once), it absorbs liquid and it seems like half of the jar is gone in 2 days. After that, it will slow down.

Also, don't open the lid completely, make a hole big enough to insert 1 stick, after a few days you can add more for a stronger scent.
