Despite the fact that the eyeshadows and lipstick in this cosmetic line are quite good, the eyeliner was a huge disappointment. It applies poorly and smudges easily. I don't use an eyeshadow primer, so maybe this eyeliner works well with one, but I'm not sure.
The eyeliner is just average. It tends to leave marks on the eyelids. There are much better options in terms of quality available.
