Gently move the floss up and down, wrapping it around the tooth. Clean above and below the gum line. Rinse if necessary. Insert the toothpick between teeth, into the interdental spaces, or under dental appliances. Use gentle back-and-forth motions to remove plaque and food particles. Rinse after use.
The thread easily tears apart, making it impossible to use. I've tried 5 pieces and all of them failed :(
The threads are very thick, so they are not suitable for those whose teeth are closely spaced, only for those with wider gaps. On the positive side, the holder is quite sturdy.
