Overall, I don't know how it's possible to achieve a super blonde color from a base of 5 to 10, even with a 12% developer! I had a natural base of 5 and used 12/89 and a 12% developer, leaving it on for 40 minutes as many people recommended. The result: red roots (over 1cm) and the rest of the hair had the desired ashy color. However, it started to come out in clumps. Now I'm afraid to even tone my hair! So, whoever says that super blondes don't damage the hair with high percentages, I don't know, maybe I did something wrong.

I used shade 8/00 on my roots. When applied, it turns out to be reddish. After rinsing, it results in a rich ash blonde with a beautiful natural brown tone. It effectively covers grey hair with a 6% developer.
