Driven by the irresistible desire to add a unique touch to their usual look, many charming women decide to change their hair color. The traditional procedure using an activator can be extremely damaging to the health of the hair, significantly deteriorating its aesthetic appearance.
Therefore, a perfect alternative to the classic coloring method for the modern lady is the Sattva Ayurveda Natural Herbal Hair Dye, made with henna and enriched with medicinal herbs. Its color palette features warm chocolate-brown shades. This cosmetic product interacts gently even with weakened strands, maintaining the optimal level of moisture and generously enriching them with nourishing elements. It effectively strengthens, carefully restores, and gently softens curls.
Note: the color will develop over 48 hours, so the final color will be achieved 48 hours after application. During this time, do not wash your hair with shampoo.

Wash hair with a shampoo (without silicones). Mix a quantity of powder with warm water at approximately 50°C to obtain a smooth texture. Leave to cool for 30 minutes. Wear gloves to protect your hands from stains. Divide hair into four sections and thoroughly apply the mixture from the roots to ends in each section. Wrap the head in plastic film and put on a towel to maintain the desired temperature. Leave on hair for 2-3 hours. Wash off with warm water.
Note: color changes within 48 hours, so the final henna color will be obtained 48 hours after application. Until then, do not wash the hair with a shampoo.
The paint is excellent! Especially when compared to others. It smells wonderfully of herbs, and even a couple of months after coloring (when the hair is wet) Yes, about white towels and pillowcases, it's better to forget about them. It leaves stains, just like any non-natural tinting dye. The color completely fades after half a year. I bought red and dark brown, and the brown covered the red and didn't turn into cherry after washing. The color is not visible immediately after dyeing, it fully develops on the 2nd or 3rd day. Since I have porous curly hair, it dries it out a bit, so I immediately apply conditioner and booster. The hair remains stiff for a long time. It doesn't stain the skin, nor the hands. It comes with 2 caps, gloves, and a brush, convenient packaging, enough for 2 applications (my hair is longer than shoulder length by 3 fingers) I want it darker - I will order indigo here. Before this, I bought it at Rossmann.
Attention!! This is not paint but simply colorless henna, which you can buy for 20 UAH!! My hair is naturally brown and not dyed! I chose the Blonde shade and waited up to 3 hours on my hair, but there was no result at all!! I followed the instructions and did it multiple times! It is frustrating that 320 UAH went down the drain and I had to wait for over a week from Poland!! A suggestion for the website: please specify that this is "colorless henna" and not blonde, and definitely not hair dye as it does not color at all!!(((( 300 UAH is not the same as 30 UAH ...
I purchased the shade dark brown and have used it twice already. I saw this shade and the application on a blogger, and the color turned out beautiful and vibrant. I followed the instructions exactly, but the color only lasts until the first hair wash; there is a very weak hint of brown and after a week, a reddish tone starts to show through. The dye fades and even before the first wash, everything turns blue. The condition of my hair hasn't changed. It's a pity that it doesn't work on my hair.
I tried the Blonde shade, and it was amazing. The product is made with only herbal ingredients, and there is very little henna in it. It hardly stains your hands, and it gives a yellowish color without any reddish tones. The shade is more towards a natural yellowish blonde, not too brassy. Overall, my hair looks very natural.
"Unfortunately, the Nut Brown does not provide any color. (I tried adding a lot of coffee, and the picture improved slightly.) Additionally, the zip closure on the packaging inside the jar was poorly sealed, resulting in it not snapping shut for me."
I purchased the color Dark brown and was expecting it to be slightly darker. It covered my gray hair well, unlike the Indian Lady Henna. The packaging itself is top-notch, the powder is great, but the small packet is not so good. I couldn't manage to close it with the zipper, as it is very thin. I ended up using tape to seal it. Overall, my impressions are very positive.
Since chemical dyes cause dermatitis on my scalp, I choose natural ones. My super sensitive skin felt a slight burning sensation, but overall tolerated it well.
Pros:
- Composition - henna and other herbs, safe for use by pregnant women, which means no toxic substances. After dyeing, hair looks healthy, shiny, thick, and voluminous.
- The jars are enough for 3-4 applications on shoulder-length hair. My hairdresser mixed 50 grams, and there was still half left after application. It is easy to apply, not as messy as regular henna.
- Matches the claimed shade. I chose dark brown, but it turned out very dark on my chestnut hair, which I did not expect.
- The packaging includes a pair of disposable gloves and two caps. The caps are of high quality, so I can reuse them. ))
- Mixed with 50-degree water, as instructed. Kept it for just under 2 hours. Tip: rinse with water and vinegar after washing to enhance color durability.
Cons:
- It sheds! Immediately after dyeing, it is necessary to wear dark clothing, otherwise collars will become black. The shedding stopped after washing my hair with shampoo the next day.
- It poorly covers gray hair, only about 50%. The gray hairs turned out lighter in tone, but since I have very few, it is not very noticeable. If there are many gray hairs, the coverage will be uneven.
- Either my hairdresser mixed it too much, but the dye dripped and stained my collar, towel, but everything came out with Vanish.
- It gradually fades, and a touch-up is needed after a month.
Overall, it is an excellent, economical, and high-quality dye.
