This toothpaste is truly excellent. After using it, I experienced the perfect cleansing effect, compared to other brands. I use it in the morning and before bed. It is a lighter paste, so occasionally I combine it with other toothpastes, as this one is not meant for everyday use. The advertised effect works 100%, hence the 5-star rating.
I had no complaints about the Parodontax until I tried this "Ultra Cleansing" toothpaste - it's terrible! Use it with extreme caution if you're trying it for the first time. It caused inflammation in my gums, which I initially attributed to the effects of a professional cleaning. However, my husband also used it and experienced gum pain, which made me realize that the toothpaste was the culprit. It created a complicated situation for me because I didn't immediately realize the cause. I used it a couple of times (carefully, of course) alternating with a black Splat toothpaste, which, by the way, is much better and gentler. As a result, I developed sores on the roof of my mouth for the first time in my 26 years of life. Now I have to rinse my mouth with Rotokan and apply Metrogyl-Denta. Needless to say, I'm furious and threw away this damn toothpaste immediately. So please be extremely cautious! Apparently, it simply doesn't work for some people.
