The pencil is good, and the powder part is good too. I have the color Deep Forest. I have chestnut hair, and the shade of the pencil matches well. It doesn't have a reddish undertone, more like a cool chocolate color.
It stays on well, even on oily skin.
Now, the downside: the cap on the side where the powder is has broken very quickly. Now I don't know how to use it because, in fact, it will dry out without the cap.
And overall, the quality of the pencil's construction is very questionable.
This pencil is really great, especially for traveling. I use it to fill in my eyebrows with powder and also to draw eyeliner or smudge it a bit for a softer look. I'm really satisfied with how long-lasting it is.
I'm buying it for the second time already. Although I hardly use the thin part.
The best pencil powder I have ever used! I have tried many pencils and nothing was good enough until I found this one. I chose the color "12 ebony". It applies easily and doesn't smudge, plus it lasts a long time. I bought it in December 2019 and I'm still using it now! I fill in my brows every day. Highly recommended!

How did I manage without it before?... This is an amazing thing. I bought it in shade 22, and I was really unsure if it would be too light because I have dark brown hair and pretty dark eyebrows. But it turned out to be a perfect match.
My favorite pencil is the one in shade №22, as I have light blonde hair. First, I outline with the pencil and then blend it with a sponge, creating a very beautiful effect.
And the price is excellent, as it lasts me for 4-5 months, using it every day.

I am surprised by the comments where people talk about a dry sponge. And most importantly, I almost convinced myself that everything was exactly like that... NLP in action. The pencil works great! Here, it is just necessary to understand how to use it correctly. The part where the sponge is filled with paint, which is inside the cap. Just turn it slightly to fill the sponge with paint and everything will work out.

Before buying, I read reviews on the website and took a risk, which I don't regret. I have sparse eyebrows, so I use a pencil to shape them and lightly draw in the hairs, then apply powder. Shade 16 is suitable for dark-haired people, I initially bought it, and shade 22 is suitable for blondes, I bought it as a gift for my daughters. I am satisfied with the purchase, the order was delivered on time.
I really liked the combination of pencil and powder. I use the powder to fill in the wider part of my eyebrows and the pencil for the thinner part. It lasts very well throughout the day. It's a pity that there is no replacement for the powder because the pencil is still almost full, but the powder is running out.
I ordered it back in winter and I'm still using it. The pencil is very convenient, I mainly use it for drawing my eyebrows. However, I didn't get along with the second part of it. The color is very intense and I can't apply it neatly (maybe it's just me and my hands =)). I tend to press too hard and end up with Brezhnev-style eyebrows (not like Vera Brezhneva, but like Leonid)))) If I spend a little more time on drawing my eyebrows with the second part, maybe it could turn out nicely, but not in my case, as I am not patient. I took a risk and purchased the latest product from this brand in shade number 28, which is the lightest shade for blondes. The pencil comes in a generous amount in the tube, which is definitely a plus. It is easy to twist and retract without any issues. The pencil itself is quite thin and has good pigmentation. It can easily fill in any gaps in the eyebrows where there are missing hairs. On the other side of the tube, there are powder shadows that have a slightly different shade compared to the pencil. I use these shadows to fill in my brows from the middle to the tail. These two products complement each other perfectly. The end result is a long-lasting effect. When I tested it on my hand, it could only be removed with a two-phase cleanser. I definitely recommend trying this new product from Artdeco.
I made a mistake with the color. It turned out to be too dark. Other than that, it's a good product.
