I really liked this shampoo! I highly recommend it! It effectively eliminates the yellow tint and leaves the hair with a beautiful silver shade. However, one thing to note is that it stains the hands a bit. Overall, I'm really satisfied with it!

I used this shampoo on my hair, which was lightened up to level 10 and dyed with color 9.11. The shampoo really does tone noticeably and gives an ashy shade! It has a thick texture and slowly comes out of the bottle. It applies easily and lathers quickly. However, it does dry out the hair. Even with my short haircut, my hair gets tangled, so I first wash it with a regular shampoo, then leave a mask on for 5 minutes or a conditioner for 2 minutes, and then use this shampoo for 7-10 minutes, depending on how much time I spend in the shower. I'm not afraid of toning too much, I actually like intense gray shades. When I lightened the roots after the first dyeing and dyed them again, there was a difference between the warm beige roots and the twice-dyed cold ashy lengths and ends. I hoped that the shampoo would visually even out the tone, but no - the roots remained warm-toned, while the ends became intensely gray! I also have another toning shampoo, Indola Silver Shampoo, which gives a more natural effect in this case. The ends don't tone as much into a cold blue-gray, but acquire a pleasant ashy cold blond shade, and the roots, although not perfectly even, are not as noticeable.
