The product is not ordinary, I followed the instructions for its application. It is not acidic, does not sting, and is not felt on the skin. After removing and applying the cream, there is a slight tingling sensation. However, the skin appears lighter, fresher, and less red afterwards. I like the effect. I have mild breakouts and a tendency towards rosacea.

This exfoliator is absolutely useless. It doesn't do anything. I use a 20% pharmacy cream. So those 20% actually work - it tingles upon application, mattifies, gradually reduces inflammation, and evens out the skin. But this exfoliator, whether I applied it or not, didn't do anything. I even foolishly bought a neutralizer. There's nothing to neutralize there. You can walk around for hours with this exfoliator. Just a waste of money.

I use it every morning and don't wash it off. I have dry skin because I use adapalene in the evening, but there is no burning sensation, no redness. I doubt it has 30% here, but the product is good :)

It actually works. I could see excellent results after the first use. I have porous, combination, acne-prone, and sensitive skin. Despite all these factors, the results were instant. I applied it at night under my moisturizer and woke up with porcelain-like skin in the morning. As always, my makeup looked flawless, and I really appreciate your work. Thank you so much.

I will talk about the product a bit later, as I have just received it. However, I am very concerned about the fact that the acid is not sealed at all, there is no film or protection. I really hope that what I bought is something good and not some kind of low-quality product. I will observe the results.

This is an amazing exfoliator for sensitive skin! I have rosacea, and this exfoliator is perfect for me when I can't use azelaic acid every day. Rosacea-prone skin is inherently sensitive, so I can only use it a maximum of 2 times a week, any more than that would be too much. However, after using it, my skin feels incredibly smooth and rejuvenated, the fine texture disappears, and my pores are tightened - and these effects last for at least 2 days. I leave it on for a few minutes and then apply the neutralizer from the same brand, which I absolutely love. After this combo, my skin is even, soft, and fresh without excessive irritation. I adore this feeling! If you have sensitive skin, I highly recommend giving it a try!

The serum is really good. It reduces redness and dries out breakouts. I'm almost finished with the first bottle, so I ordered another one. I used it daily for about 3 weeks, now I use it more selectively.

The visible effect is good from the first use. I use it as a toner before applying cream.

I have used it twice so far. I have oily skin with papulopustular rosacea. It dries out inflammation, evens out the texture, reduces overall redness and inflammation. I apply it generously with two layers and leave it on for 20-30 minutes. Then I apply the neutralizer for 5 minutes and rinse it off with cool water. The effect is wonderful, I like the texture, and I will definitely purchase it again.

For my sensitive skin with rosacea and occasional breakouts, this product is a lifesaver. I apply a thin layer every other night before moisturizing cream, and my skin thanks me for it. It reduces redness, decreases oiliness, dries out pimples, and acts as a gentle exfoliant.
