I bought the gel back in August, but only recently started using it. The dispenser is somehow defective, and I was only able to use the gel about 4 times, and even then it was very difficult. Now, no matter how hard I try, it doesn't dispense anything. Essentially, I have a whole jar that I can't use because of the defective dispenser.
I love this gel! It is amazing at soothing and refreshing the skin after a peel! However, the dispenser is just killing me! The gel is very thick and the dispenser doesn't handle it well enough to give a perfect score, it takes ages to get it out... But I endure it because I really do like it.
I received the package, but the packaging itself is different! Why is that? Is it not genuine?
The post-peeling gel is excellent. It soothes the skin and provides a slight cooling sensation. I apply the peeling, and after letting it work for a certain amount of time, I then apply the neutralizer for about 5-10 minutes and simply rinse it off with water. The product is superb. Thank you.

This is a must-have product after an acid peel! It has a non-liquid gel-like consistency and a wonderful scent. It perfectly complements the use of acids. I highly recommend it!
