This product is old school, just as it is. It is like a nuclear explosion from the 80s. The taste of wormwood is very pronounced. It is very dependent on the mood and clothing. Definitely not for everyday use, definitely not for everyone.
This fragrance reminds me of Bogart One Man Show and Azzaro Pour Homme (both of which I like), but it is more sophisticated and slightly less loud. However, it still has a retro, masculine vibe that doesn't quite match with modern "almost unisex" men's perfumes. So I understand the comments about it being a "triple cologne," but I don't agree. It is a high-quality perfume for mature adults, preferably for confident men over 30. It's not worth blind buying.
First impression - soup with bay leaf and basil)
I am satisfied with the scent, it is long-lasting and has a pleasant aroma.
I was expecting a completely different scent. There is no mention of any pyramid, but instead, a harsh unpleasant smell of bandages and wormwood hits the nose immediately. It smelled like cheap soap on me, even though I just tested it on myself and gave it to my father as a gift.
On him, you can't smell anything at all. I sat in the car 15 cm away from him and didn't smell any of that pungent wormwood, nor moss, patchouli, tobacco, or cloves.
Total disappointment, even though I understand that it's very subjective. But I tested it on many men, and absolutely no one liked it. I don't know what timeless classic this is, but my grandfather's cologne smells better.
Ralph's non-flammable classic fragrance sounds very masculine and has a multifaceted revelation with a pleasant trail. It's perfect for summer, a must-have! Thank you, Makeup, for the opportunity to purchase my favorite perfume!
Durable and masculine. More suitable for a formal attire.
My favorite fragrance. When I received it and opened the bottle, I was transported back to the 90s when I first discovered it. It has the exact same scent. The original.
A masculine fragrance worth having.
A fragrance for those who are in the know. It has a piney, mossy scent with barely noticeable flowers. It is very long-lasting and truly masculine. It pairs perfectly with the Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements - Doppelgänger Tricolor shaving soap and, of course, the Sir Irish Moos aftershave lotion.
I had been watching its price for a long time, planning to buy it in the USA, but Makeup pleasantly surprised me with a really good discount.
So much positive has been said about this fragrance. Well, what can be added? It is the scent of a real man. Fir, tobacco, plus chamomile with leather. Carlos Benaim created a timeless fragrance in 1978. Even having just this fragrance, one can be satisfied with life. A masterpiece!!! Even in the modern version. As for the vintage, I won't say anything. I don't know any flaws or shortcomings in this fragrance. I recommend it.
Gorgeous fragrance. Strong, long-lasting, with a captivating trail. Perfect for fragrance connoisseurs.
I did not like the fragrance. It is more suitable for those who are over 50 years old. The only positive aspect is its longevity.
I didn't buy it for makeup purposes. The scent is amazing. The longevity and sillage are phenomenal.
I have never excluded it from my assortment for 21 years, and I have never been disappointed, even after purchasing it from Makeup.
This fragrance is simply luxurious. I have been using it for a long time. I would gladly purchase it again now, but it is expensive.
