The gel was terrible for my skin. The consistency and smell were very nice, and it cleanses the T-zone well. There were fewer blackheads, but only in the T-zone. However, the area under the chin and around the corners of the mouth reacted horribly. Skin started peeling, and after two days, redness and burning began. Nivea cream didn't help at all. My face feels like it's on fire, especially the irritated area.

Since I have dry skin, this product tends to slightly dry it out. However, I am able to rectify this issue by using a toner and following up with another moisturizer, so the gel works well for me.

This is a nightmare. After applying this gel, my face turned a deep red color and there was a very strong burning sensation. Although I always use various gels from different brands, including Nivea, that I buy at supermarkets, and I have never had any allergies, this really scared me.

After using it, I apply the Nivea pure & natural daytime moisturizer. Overall, Nivea products are quite good and they are also not tested on animals, which is a pleasant bonus. Decent product, but it is not very correct for the manufacturer to position it as a gel. When I bought it, I realized after the first use that I had to go buy a cleansing gel again because daily scrubbing is not beneficial for the skin (this is what leads to skin dehydration - hence the matte effect). However, when used occasionally, it is not bad.

The gel is not bad, but in my opinion, it is not very convenient for daily use. It is not able to remove eye makeup, a regular micellar foam is better for that. Another downside is that it doesn't lather much and is not very economical.
