Use once a day after brushing the teeth or at any other time of the day. In some cases, more often use may be required as directed by the dentist. Open the lid, turn it upside down and fill up to the drawn line (exact dosage 10 ml). Rinse the mouth for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow the product or rinse the mouth with water immediately after use.

This is my favorite mouthwash that was recommended by my dentist for bleeding gums. After using it, the problem was almost completely resolved. The whole family uses it. I highly recommend it 100%.
The mouthwash is just like any other mouthwash. It has a slight astringent effect, similar to after eating persimmons. It's not overpoweringly minty. Of course, if compared to the extremely strong and ineffective Listerine, this one is much better. However, I didn't see anything "fantastic" about it. Most likely, I will repurchase it.
