I gave it three stars because the shampoo had its protective film torn off, and it was unclear whether someone opened it or if it was a packaging defect. However, the shampoo itself is good.

I didn't buy it here, but I'll still write a review. The shampoo didn't work for me. The very next day after washing, my hair was already greasy.

Overall, I have a normal scalp type. I started using this shampoo and it lathers very well, has a pleasant scent, and thoroughly cleanses my hair until it squeaks. However, the next day it becomes greasy. I began washing my hair with this shampoo every day.

Pretty good. After using it, my hair feels stiff and gets tangled. It's not usable without conditioner. I am satisfied, like with most products from this manufacturer. The scent is great. Blondes can't go without it. It falls a bit short compared to the shampoo with argan oil, but the prices are biting right now.

After almost 1.5 months of use, here's what we have:

With the first wash, very little shampoo was needed (which was pleasing), and the hair felt squeaky clean. However, it tangles the hair a lot, making it feel dry and straw-like. Thankfully, there is a conditioner (from the same series) that I apply from the ends and work it upwards. After just 30 seconds, I can easily comb through my hair and evenly distribute the product. Voila, soft hair!

Also, after these two steps, there's a leave-in conditioner (a very nice spray bottle, also CHI). It probably does something good for the hair.

After all these steps, I use a hair dryer, a straightener, cool air to set it, and some oil on the ends. Clean and smelling nice.

At first, I washed my hair every other day on Sundays. But then, I started washing it every day. I use the shampoo twice, applying more on the first wash because my hair gets greasy and it feels like I haven't cleaned it properly.

It's better to wash them in the morning because if you wash them in the evening, they don't look as fresh and they get tangled (my hair is thin and slightly wavy in different directions, usually one side looks better than the other).

If I wash them in the evening and go for a walk, the next morning my roots say hello to greasiness.

This is a gem of a find! The shampoo is a perfect match! The scent is superb, the hair feels silky, there is less hair fall, and it maintains volume for a long time.

It didn't work for me. It cleanses the hair well, but unfortunately, it's impossible to comb the hair from the roots after using it. I have to apply conditioner almost from the roots.

I absolutely love this CHI series. I have sensitive scalp and porous hair, and it's a perfect fit: it keeps my hair moisturized and smooth along the length, and the freshness at the roots lasts for three days. The only downside is the smell. It's just like a men's shaving foam.

The shampoo seems to be good to the touch, leaving the hair clean. However, upon closer inspection after the third day, it's not that great. The mask from the same brand is also mediocre. On the other hand, the hair oil is excellent, leaving the hair silky and shiny.

I have oily scalp and lightened hair. I was looking for a shampoo that would thoroughly cleanse my roots without tangling or drying out the length. Unfortunately, this shampoo didn't work for me - it is very drying and tangles my hair when rinsing, making it difficult to even apply conditioner afterwards. Therefore, I didn't feel any moisturizing effect. Personally, I consider this shampoo to be a deep-cleansing one that provides noticeable volume, so I use it sparingly and find it most suitable after sports activities.

I highly recommend the entire line of this product. I have been using it for over 3 years now and my hair looks like it's been styled at a salon. This shampoo, conditioner, keratin, and silk are absolutely amazing.

I liked the shampoo, but it's nothing special. It's a bit pricey for a regular shampoo. The "wow" effect didn't happen...

I have been using this shampoo for a month now and I have something to say. I have oily scalp and this shampoo, like any other, doesn't make my hair feel fresh for longer, but it does make my hair shiny and easy to comb, even after washing with just this shampoo. Usually, after such practice, my hair becomes tangled and impossible to comb. The shampoo is thick, and for my long, thin hair that reaches my shoulders, a 355 ml bottle has been enough for a month (I wash my hair every two days). It didn't cause any itching and I noticed new hair growth as well. There is a fuzz forming on my head, which hasn't happened in a while, so I recommend it.

This shampoo is very suitable, to be more precise, it is one of my favorites! My hair is long, thin, dyed, and dark. Everything is fine with it.

I have been using this shampoo along with the conditioner and liquid silk from the same line, and it's not bad overall. The shampoo is gentle, lathers well, and rinses out excellently in just one go. It suits my scalp, but my hair length lacks moisture, even after using the entire range of products! Previously, I used the highly praised Chi line with argan oil, but it didn't work well for me as my hair became frizzy and even drier. The Infra series suits me better.

I have been using this product for a couple of weeks and I am satisfied with it. It cleanses the hair and scalp very well. Contrary to what I read in other reviews, my hair does not get dirty faster. I wash my hair every three days as usual (on the fourth day, the roots are almost not greasy, the hair just doesn't look fresh). After using this product, my hair absorbs the mask and conditioner (from different brands) very well. I really like the scent, it reminds me of men's perfume, but it is not noticeable on the hair.

It dries out my hair!!!! My fine curly hair simply becomes dry from the Chi Infra "3" hairdryer. I have been using the Insight restorative series and decided to try the Infra series for variation, but maybe it just doesn't suit me. Even the liquid silk makes my hair incredibly stiff, and I have to wash my hair every second day, it's a must. Yes, my hair shines, but I don't want to touch them at all, it feels like dirty hair.

This is my first series of products from this brand. I have thick and dense hair, but due to previous bleaching, the ends are dry and split. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for over 2 weeks and can draw my conclusions: the shampoo has a divine smell, personally, it reminds me of men's perfume. Immediately after using the conditioner from the same line, my hair becomes more obedient and soft. But there is a HUGE downside, because I belong to the category of people whose hair stays fresh for 4 days. With this shampoo, it gets dirty already on the 2nd day, and if I go to bed with wet hair, in the morning a "nest" forms on the back of my head, as if I haven't washed my hair for a month, and the hair becomes greasy and unpleasant to touch. In the end, this line did not suit me, I will try something else.

I was hesitant to buy this hair care series because the reviews were mixed, but I finally decided to go for it! As a bonus, I received a 167ml Biosilk Silk Therapy Original Silk Treatment. The shampoo is excellent, it cleanses thoroughly and rinses out quickly. When used with the conditioner, the result is simply amazing. I am very satisfied. Personally, my hair stays clean for 3 days and only slightly loses its freshness on the 4th day. Overall, I am extremely happy and I hope that the effect won't wear off anytime soon.
