I have been using this hair mask not just once, and I really like it. After using it, my hair becomes silky smooth. I highly recommend it.

I have thick and porous hair that curls up in humid conditions. Unfortunately, this hair mask didn't work for me. It dries out my hair and makes it even frizzier, even when I use it with oil or silk products. I tried using it in different ways, hoping for a positive effect, but it didn't deliver. The conditioner from the same series is much better. I won't be purchasing this mask again. On another note, thank you for the fast delivery, as always.

This mask is the best one I have tried so far! I have dyed, porous, and dry hair. They are always stiff, and the ends are a disaster. I have tried many oils, conditioners, and masks, but either there was no result, or it only lasted one day after washing. After using this mask, my hair became shiny and soft. Even the ends became lively and soft. The effect is most noticeable on the first day after washing. On the second day, the shine remains at 50% and the softness at 60%. On the third day, the shine is at 25% and the softness at 35%. I hope my review helps someone. This mask really works.

This mask is amazing. I use it twice a week and leave it on for no more than 5 minutes. My hair has become more silky and bouncy. I apply it from the middle of the length to the ends.

This is the best mask. It's strange if it doesn't have a scent because it smells very strong. It's unclear why it's used with conditioner, either after or together, as it's not mentioned in the instructions. Based on the sensation, it contains proteins. Generally, as far as I know, when it says "Restorative" on the mask, it means it has proteins. Such masks don't soften the hair. They patch and restore it. Proteins have the effect of making the hair stronger, thicker, and coarser. So, when the hair needs moisture and softness, you should use corresponding masks. And you can't use the restorative mask repeatedly (if your hair isn't completely damaged). Because it will oversaturate the hair and result in rough, sticking out strands.

This mask worked very well for me. Whether I had blonde or brunette hair, it had a wow effect (shine, strength, smoothness, without killing the volume). I'm glad it's still being sold because I bought it about 7 years ago and was afraid it wasn't available anymore.

Very conflicting feeling. Some are amazed, others don't understand, and I tend to lean towards the latter. Whether it's the balm I applied to my hair or the radio I listened to, the result was zero. I had high expectations for the balm after reading reviews, but instead, I was disappointed. It was a waste of money. It smells like tar and lacks moisture. I have used better products. I won't be ordering it again.

I ordered this product because I loved one item from Chi, but they always discontinue it. However, this one is not so great, just average. I would rate it as a 2+.
It makes my hair soft, but not moisturized, even though I always leave masks on for 20-30 minutes, not just the 5 minutes stated on the packaging. I can even heat it up, but it doesn't make much of a difference.
I suggest you find something that suits you better and try different products. There are better options available from Chi.

The mask, just a mask. I was expecting so much more. I didn't understand it, the L'Oreal conditioner for 45 UAH works exactly the same, nothing more. For this price, 150 ml, I was expecting a really amazing product, but the oil from this series is great, and that's what I fell for.

This mask is not for moisturizing, it is for restoring the hair structure. The hair becomes thick and voluminous, shiny, and truly vibrant. It is not suitable for moisturizing, so after using it, I apply a moisturizing conditioner or hair oil. It is one of the best masks for restoring hair quality.
