The balm is really nice! It's not dry and moisturizes well.

A decent balm. I bought this one and also one with coconut. The grapefruit one worked better for summer, while the coconut one was great for the autumn-winter period. However, the big downside of these balms is how they end. There is no possibility to use them until the end because the balms simply fall out of the packaging. I have never encountered this before. The scent is not great, with an unusual flattened shape. However, it doesn't bother the lips and doesn't make the hair sticky. It moisturizes adequately. Perhaps I will try a different scent from the same line, as this one was disappointing. It leans more towards a bitter smell rather than a citrusy one.
