It is recommended for individuals with heightened perspiration overall, as well as for use in specific situations where sweat is expected to cause discomfort, such as during social or business meetings, parties and events, and in stress-inducing scenarios, etc.

In the evening, after taking a bath or shower, thoroughly dry your skin (preferably using a hairdryer). Then, apply Perspirex deodorant and allow it to dry naturally. In the morning, you can wash off any residue with soap and water. Use on underarms, palms, back, feet, or other parts of the body. Apply 1-3 times per week.
This is my discovery ♡ I followed all the instructions (apply after shower before sleep for 5 consecutive evenings), now I do it twice a week before sleep. The scent is neutral, it really works, it's like I've stopped sweating, even after cleaning all day after the renovation, everything was fine. It suited me. Just a question about the makeup: we didn't see the manufacturing and expiry dates at all. Please advise, because I want to order more.
