I tried out this fragrance sample because I was drawn to the makeup-like bottle. The first thing that came to mind was a vintage wooden box where cosmetics used to be stored. It also reminded me of my mother's foundation, the one she had in an aluminum tube in the 90s. It's an interesting scent, moderately sweet, with a vanilla note that is not overly sugary but pleasant. There's a waxy feel to it, like a candle infused with vanilla essential oil. This fragrance is quite intimate, meant for you and not for others around you. It's versatile and suitable for any season, and it lasts for 24 hours. Its popularity probably stems from the fact that it truly transports you back to childhood, evoking memories. The scent seems simple yet the notes are not the typical overpowering ones you find in Montale, for example. It's something unusual yet familiar at the same time.

After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to order the 50mg version. I sprayed it once and oh my, it was a horrible smell of alcohol and cologne, like something from the 90s. After about 20 minutes, the scent calmed down but it still reminded me of my grandmother's jackets and scarves, with a hint of vanilla in the background. I really don't understand why there is so much enthusiasm for this fragrance. Clearly, it is meant for women over 40, maybe even over 50. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I feel like I wasted 1500 hryvnias on this!
Sad. Here's a beautiful scent, but it doesn't last. Even Shiseido's Sheer Gei lasts longer. There was a time when the white boxes and gray caps had great longevity. It's not the same coat anymore. In Europe, you can still find it, but it's difficult. By the way, there it's more spicy and doesn't have a plastic smell at the beginning when sprayed. But thank you anyway.

However, I am completely disappointed with its longevity. I cannot smell it after 15 minutes of applying. It is absolutely not long-lasting. However, it quickly stops being so bitter and becomes quiet, reminiscent of Christmas. This is an excellent fragrance for winter family holidays.
