The L'Oreal Inoa Oxidant 9% 30 vol. is designed for use with Inoa hair dye, ensuring a more effective coloring process. It is enriched with gentle components that improve the condition of the hair and scalp.
The 9% oxidant formula consists of hydrogen peroxide. This concentration is used for covering gray hair and for lightening hair up to 3 shades.
The caring components enhance dye penetration and provide a richer color. The oxidant offers protection against harmful environmental effects.
By using L'Oreal Professionnel Inoa Oxidant 9% 30 vol. Mix 1 + 1, you can achieve a vibrant color that is even throughout the hair length. To cover 70% to 100% of gray hair, mix the oxidant with the dye and oleo-gel in the ratio specified in the instructions.-
Leave the product on for 35 minutes. Then, thoroughly rinse your hair. Complete the rinsing process by using a special shampoo for colored hair, INOA Post, twice. INOA Post helps with rinsing and ensures the cosmetic quality of your hair's structure.

This is not the first time I have purchased oxidant on this website. I have been using Inoa hair dye (bought only here) for 2.5 years now. Since January 2017, the quality of the dye or oxidant has changed for the worse. The 10.21 shade gives horribly reddish roots. And every time I open the oxidant, it spills out. It's very disappointing.
I really liked the product. I have been a blonde for 20 years. After reading about the restorative properties of INOA hair dye, I naturally wanted to try it. Before coloring, my hair was slightly satisfactory. When applying the coloring mixture to my hair, I got a little scared because it got tangled terribly and my attempts to comb it just didn't work. The advantages are that there is no smell, or rather, there is a scent, but it's not toxic. To rinse off the dye, I used a hair mask. My hair really shone, it styled well, and it became lively. This is despite not cutting the ends, so the effect was the same. It has been 2 weeks since I colored my hair, and the color and shine are still the same.
