I am only fifty, but I have dry skin, so using a 70+ cream definitely won't hurt. This cream works well as a night cream, but it's not suitable for daytime use because it makes my skin shiny and causes makeup to slide off. However, it nourishes my skin wonderfully. In the morning, my skin looks white, velvety, and without any creases (mature ladies will understand). I start my day by washing my face with rose water, then applying a hydrating mask (sheet, gel, or hydrogel), followed by a toner and weather-appropriate moisturizer.
