The oil is pleasant, with a delicate, citrusy scent in my opinion, and it provides a really good level of protection. It has an SPF of 50, so you won't be able to count on getting a quick tan. It offers better protection than some sunscreens. If your priority is protection and safety, I recommend it. If getting a quick tan is your goal, I think it's better to choose something else.
