I arrived with a non-functioning dispenser.
I purchased a 59ml balm, and the product itself is amazing, especially when used in combination with the shampoo from the same series. However, the bottle of this wonder is terrible! It is impossible to squeeze it out since there is no press on the bottle itself. You have to unscrew the cap and shake it out, which makes it difficult to control the amount of balm needed. I understand that it is pointless to complain to the website because they are only the supplier and not the manufacturer. Nevertheless, next time I will think twice about whether I need such a balm, as it is not cheap and I am not stingy; oh no, it's just really inconvenient. I will choose a different product, even though the balm itself is excellent (when used with the shampoo). I give it 4 stars only because of the packaging.
I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I suspect that almost EVERYONE doesn't know how to properly apply conditioner and "wear" it on their hair. Ladies, buy shower caps (preferably made of foil), apply conditioner to your hair, and heat the cap with a hairdryer. This will keep your hair and scalp warm, as the heat helps the conditioner penetrate into the hair. Leave it on for 7-10 minutes and you will see the effect. The scent is truly MINT-HERBAL. I purposely emphasize this to prevent anyone from making the same mistake as previous commenters by disliking herbal scents.
Personally, I have porous, long, thick, and uncolored hair. I liked the effect; my hair was soft and easy to comb. It looked straight and shiny. I can recommend it to those who have very oily, porous, dull, and stiff hair. The consistency is pleasant, like cream.
In short, do not waste your money on this series. I have a dyed blonde hair and for this price, it is disappointing. Whether I ate or read a newspaper, the effect was maximum. Oh, and it smells like mint, as if it were toothpaste, but on the hair... well, that's something. #justsaying
The packaging of the conditioner was severely damaged, unlike all the other ordered products.
I didn't buy it here, but I decided to leave a review. I had previously used a conditioner with argan oil from the same brand, which I really liked, but then I decided to try something new. I bought the 340 ml size, and in the end, I realized it was a mistake. I can't say it's bad, but compared to other products from this brand, it's mediocre. At least, it didn't have any significant effect on my hair. Just a regular conditioner. Any professional conditioner, even budget ones, give about the same result. I don't see the point in paying extra. Moreover, the smell is quite unpleasant and it stays on the hair for a whole day.
The conditioner works well, leaving the hair smooth, manageable, and easy to style, without weighing it down or making it greasy. However, there is a downside - the scent of tea tree oil is very strong and the usability is not well thought out. It is indeed necessary to unscrew the lid in such a volume, as the conditioner is too thick for the opening.
I purchased a 59ml bottle. The cream texture doesn't come out through the dispenser, so you have to remove the lid and shake it out. The scent is strong and lingers on the hair. So far, I like everything about it, but it's difficult to judge after just one use.
Not only does it smell amazing, but it also delivers on its promises! I really like using it in conjunction with the conditioner from the same series. I haven't tried it separately.
The smell is simply terrible, but over time you get used to it. During the first few days, I even recoiled from my own hair. The conditioner itself is ordinary.
I have purchased this product twice now, and it has worked wonders for my hair. It effectively restores dry and damaged hair, and I recommend rinsing it off with hot water. I have tried the Biosilk brand before, but it didn't work for me. However, this one is absolutely amazing!
The conditioner is amazing! It doesn't weigh down the hair, while nourishing and smoothing it at the same time.
