The shampoo is awful. It doesn't nourish the hair, it feels like a sponge even during washing, it's impossible to rinse out, and it dries out the hair, causing a lot of dandruff. It also runs out quickly.
On a separate note, regarding the makeup delivery, your "to the door" function doesn't work.
