I just ran out of Dermacol and I tried Loreal - it's like night and day. It doesn't get rid of redness. In some areas, the skin flakes even more, while in others it looks very oily.
So, for sensitive problematic skin, Dermacol creams are irreplaceable. Especially considering that they were developed by a specialized dermatology institute in the Czech Republic for several years.
