The legendary Hermes Caleche fragrance from 1961 has been given a contemporary twist, resulting in Caleche Soie de Parfum - a floral-woody scent that is incredibly subtle, transparent, and unobtrusive. It feels like the dawn in a dense green forest: fresh and pure, like crystal. This fragrance reflects the values and reputation of the brand, as well as French traditions.
The name translates from French as "Carriage," which is the logo of the Hermes brand. The fragrance is multifaceted. At one moment, you might feel as if you are sitting in an actual carriage, with small pebbles bouncing off the wheels, the horse trotting, and colorful landscapes passing by the window.
This scent is very harmonious, with no note taking precedence over another. Its aroma is smooth and synchronized. Bergamot, lemon, rose, jasmine, moss, and cedar blend seamlessly, creating a truly romantic melody.
The fragrance from the bottle is very feminine, beautiful, subtle, and expensive. It immediately brings to mind advertising posters - the dim light of an old castle, the yellow glow of a torch, and luxurious leather. Unfortunately, when I wear it, I only feel the scent of frankincense, diluted and softened, but I can't identify what it's mixed with. It's a bit puzzling, but I still use it every day. It exudes wealth, both financially and in terms of personality. It's mature and captivating. The sillage is three meters, seriously. It's not loud or sharp in any way, just as it should be. I can't describe it more specifically, sorry. I really like it.
