I ordered this product based on a recommendation from a cosmetologist because I started breaking out on my forehead. Normally, I'm not a fan of these chemical face washes, but when you have to, you have to. I've been using it for a week and it definitely hasn't gotten worse. HOWEVER, when it accidentally got into my eye, it was unbearable. It burned and stung my eye, and it didn't wash out easily. It felt like a chemical burn, and I even considered calling emergency services... After about 20 minutes of rinsing, it got slightly better, and thankfully, everything was back to normal in the morning. I only use it on my face after cleansing with micellar water. And then I follow up with Bioderma's rose micellar water, which prevents it from drying out (as recommended by the cosmetologist).

I initially bought the 200ml size, but now I have ordered and received the 500ml size. I use makeup on my eyes every day - eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, powder, concealers - so I really load up my face. Additionally, I wear contact lenses. I use this product as a cleanser and I can even open my eyes while using it. It cleanses wonderfully, without any harshness or drying out my skin. The product lasts a long time. I can't say for sure how healing it is, but it is definitely not allergenic. As for the opinion on the tight lids of this product - oh yes, they are tough to open. I used my teeth to open it, then I simply switched to a different jar, and now I have the one with a dispenser. 5 out of 5 stars.
