Bell Hypo Allergenic Liquid Eye Concealer Hypoallergenic Light-Reflecting Concealer

I bought this concealer because it was labeled as hypoallergenic. I have developed an allergy to all foundations and concealers (I have used Shiseido and Estee Lauder), and within half an hour of application, my eyes become irritated, red, and watery.

With this concealer, priced at 120 UAH, almost nothing happens. It may slightly sting if applied too close to the eye, but it quickly subsides. So, for once, I can go about my day with my under-eye circles concealed.

But what surprised me the most was the quality - it really effectively and naturally covers dark circles under the eyes, illuminates the skin (there are no glitters or shimmer), and does not dry out the skin at all. It is not noticeable on the skin and does not settle into wrinkles even towards the end of the day. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised.

Does not oxidize, does not peel, does not cause allergies, does not dry out.

I experienced occasional pinching and skin irritation with this product, so I will not be using it again.
