I didn't like it. It caused redness, itching, and made my hair drier. I won't be ordering it again.
I really like and find this shampoo suitable for me. We have very poor water quality that tends to dry out our hair, but finally, after using this shampoo (and also the conditioner from the same series), my hair has become soft and less brittle. I am very satisfied.
I wasted my money on this! I bought the shampoo and conditioner from this series based on my stylist's recommendation. I honestly tried for three months to understand what was wrong with it - my hair constantly felt dirty, unwashed, and unpleasant to touch. Eventually, I got tired of suffering and bought a more expensive one - Wella SP, and went back to my usual smooth, silky, and loose hair. I left these liter bottles behind when I moved. Brand consultant, don't even try to be rude to me like you do under every post.
I purchased this shampoo along with the mask and conditioner from the same series. The shampoo effectively cleanses and has a wonderful scent, but it doesn't have a "wow" effect.

The pleasant light scent is the only good thing about this product. Both my mother and I have used it. I have long, wavy, dry, damaged hair that has not been properly dyed (except for a few strands). My mother has short, curly, light hair. Neither of us liked it at all. It caused dandruff, made our hair look dirty, and caused itching. It was impossible to comb without using a lot of detangling sprays or oil. Surprisingly, it even caused tangles in my mother's very short hair. It definitely didn't suit us. I can see that some people might like it and I understand that everyone's hair is different. It's just sad that it used to be easier to find a suitable shampoo, but now I have a bunch of expensive bottles that wash as badly as my friend's. We started buying and exchanging products with each other if something works better for someone.

After using it, my hair felt like straw, completely devoid of any life or shine. On top of that, it caused unbearable itching on my scalp, which was truly horrifying.
