Terrible toothpaste. After a week of use, I developed a very strong sensitivity to cold/hot. I never had sensitivity before. I checked online reviews about it, and 90% of them complain about sensitivity as well. It definitely does not work for those who enjoy a refreshing effect, you won't get it. The ingredients, in principle, are good - that's why I'll give it a 1. But apparently, something in this formula, along with plaque, removes the protective layer.

I'm buying my second tube of this toothpaste, as it effectively removes plaque (leaving my teeth feeling smooth), unlike the organic toothpastes I've tried before, and I've tried quite a few. I also tried the coconut flavor from this range, but it doesn't clean as well.
