I really didn't like this product at all. The color turned out to be too reddish, but that's not the main reason for my evaluation. It's definitely not a gel, as it doesn't hold the eyebrows in place. You have to apply it very carefully to avoid any smudges, and on top of that, it smears heavily on the skin.

The gel does not hold, it seems to exist only for the purpose of tinting the eyebrows. It does not maintain the shape of the brows even for 2 hours. If you accidentally apply a little more than necessary, it leaves blotches on the face (brows). Good for tinting, but not for fixing.
The gel is good, but the 04 chestnut color is warm, not like the bottle(( It's a pity I didn't read the comments before buying.
Great product! It has excellent hold and adds volume to the eyebrows. The eyebrows look great even at the end of the day. I think shade 04 ashy is a versatile dark cool shade because I also bought shade chocolate and it turned out to be reddish.
I deducted one star because it's not perfect. You can't just take the brush and apply it to your eyebrows and voila: you have to first remove excess product with a small inconvenient brush, then fill in the eyebrows, and finally comb and shape them with an additional larger eyebrow brush.
This product worked well for me in creating a 3D volume for my eyebrows after using a pencil. I tried it without the pencil, but since my eyebrows are very sparse, that option didn't work for me. I chose the shade 02 for my grayish-brown eyebrows and I liked it.

Great gel, holds well, has a mesh-like texture, even colors small hairs. Shade 2 matched my warm blonde perfectly. Minus one star for the very small size (although it could be a plus - it won't dry out quickly). I definitely recommend it.
