Regarding the shampoo, there is nothing particularly special about it. It cleanses the hair well and has a specific scent. After using it, my hair feels soft. Personally, it suited me well as I wash my hair every other day (my hair was bleached with dry ends) and it did not dry out the ends.

The shampoo didn't work for me. It doesn't even out or soften my hair, on the contrary, it makes it even more difficult to comb through and the smell... it's awful. I have to mask it with additional treatments and oils after washing. Essentially, it's like using stinky soap, almost like dish soap.
