If you wash your hair daily, one application of shampoo is sufficient. Otherwise, it is recommended to shampoo your hair twice. Make sure to rinse your hair thoroughly after applying the shampoo. Use warm water (not hot) for rinsing. Finish the process by rinsing your hair with cold water to improve blood circulation.
The shampoo is not very economical, but the effect is fantastic. It moisturizes the hair without weighing it down. I liked it, but it only lasts for two weeks.
