To be honest, the mask didn't impress me at all from the first use, but I felt the need to continue using it because I had already bought it, and it wasn't cheap. At first, I followed the instructions, but then I started applying it differently. I just applied the mask, put on a cap, and covered it with a towel. I kept it on for about half an hour, and after rinsing off the mask, I applied the conditioner. I am very satisfied with the results.

Hello everyone! I decided to write a review on the GK mask because I see disputes and disappointments with its use here. Here's what you need to know:

1. Rinse your hair with GK deep cleansing shampoo - this is important because technical shampoos thoroughly cleanse the hair from previous styling and care products. They help lift the hair cuticles to the maximum for deep penetration of the mask.

2. Towel dry your hair and apply a SMALL amount of mask, from the walnut-sized amount, onto the hair below the shoulder blades. Use a spatula or disposable spoon to take the mask out of the jar, NOT YOUR HANDS! I think everyone knows why.

3. Apply the mask to the hair, avoid touching the roots and leave a 1 cm gap. Wrap with plastic wrap or wear a shower cap/regular plastic bag... turn on the hairdryer and warm it up with patience on warm air, NOT HOT! Maximum heating time is 20 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap/cap and rinse off the mask with warm/summer water!

4. Apply a pea-sized amount of hair conditioner, I use GK, any of them. Remember, not before the mask, but after it! Why after? Because all conditioners are acidic, which is the final step in the procedure. It closes the cuticles to the maximum and keeps all the benefits of the masks in the hair!

5. I also apply GK hair care oil, I just always buy products from the same brand! And style the hair with a hot styling iron! Again, to seal the cuticles and keep all the benefits that heal the hair!

Well, in conclusion! If all these steps are followed, you will see a completely different effect. I would like to mention that I have no affiliation with the GK brand, I am just a loyal user with experience.

I bought this mask for additional nourishment and hydration because it turns out that conditioner and balm are not enough. It works great when used in combination with other products from different brands: my hair looks neater, smoother, and has gained shine.

I am looking for good restorative masks. I often come across expensive products that confidently promote their temporary effects. "Only in salons, professional hair treatment" with an exclamation mark - it says on the packaging. But the ingredients at the top of the list are filled with alcohols, preservatives, and silicone. Treatment?? "Contains a concentrated dose of Juvexin". This component is listed after preservatives-emulsifiers-silicone, a concentrated dose... but not of a healing complex at all. Occasionally, for the effect of filling porous hair, you can use this mask, but no more.

I use this mask once every 3 weeks. The effect of using it is only present on the day of application. I do not observe any prolonged results. The mask makes the hair smoother and more voluminous.
