Apply to unwashed, dry hair in a 1:1 ratio with the developer balm. Follow the instructions provided with the packaging.
I bought "Ice". With 20 years of experience in dyeing different shades of blond, I want to leave a review about this product. It is truly worth attention as it does not damage the scalp and the quality of the hair does not worsen after lightening. I mixed it with a 12% developer from another manufacturer. The hair lightens evenly.
The description here is a bit unclear on how to use this cream. The instructions advise mixing it with a 9 or 12% developer (depending on the original hair tone and natural/dyed hair). I didn't need a platinum blonde, so I mixed it with a 6% developer. From a natural 6.0, I achieved a very beautiful and natural level eight ash blonde color. The previously dyed ends with Loreal Excellence 8.1 look noticeably redder, but the warm tone is still muted compared to before.
I purchased the shade "Ice."
I purchased the shade "Ice" for toning my bleached hair. I was expecting an ashy tone to eliminate any yellow tones. However, the color turned out dull and my hair ended up looking gray. Overall, I am unsatisfied with the product.
