The delivery was very disappointing. I placed the order on April 22, 2021, with a specified delivery time of 3-5 working days. I was expecting to receive it on April 27, 2021, but on April 29, 2021, a Makeupa operator informed me that they were not at fault and that it was the customs' responsibility. They also mentioned that my order was in Lviv, which meant it would take at least another day to reach Dnipro. Customers should be informed during the order process that it will be fulfilled within 15-20 days, and it would have been helpful to be informed in advance about the delays.
