What's interesting is that they taped the broken part back onto the bottle, so it was clearly visible when the order was being prepared. I wonder why they didn't replace it right away. Luckily, I had an empty bottle at home and I simply replaced the dispenser with the one from the old bottle. However, there is still a lingering sense of dissatisfaction.
