This pencil is absolutely amazing. I bought the 901 black one. It draws clearly with a rich black color. It is quite long-lasting, as long as you don't rub your eyes. I am very satisfied.
The pencil is good, I always use it. However, they sent it with a manufacturing date of 02.2022, which leaves only one-third of the shelf life remaining.
I ordered this pencil along with other items from Nix. This particular pencil draws really well, it is soft and does not scratch the skin. I purchased the black one.
I agree with the previous comments. I have been using this pencil for a long time, but from my last purchase, it crumbles incredibly. I sharpened one-third of it into powder, somehow managed to salvage a bit, but I am unsure how to continue using it. This is very unpleasant. Therefore, I give it 3 stars.
Overall, I love this pencil, it is my favorite. I hope that the manufacturer will somehow solve this issue in the future.
This pencil is terrible, I just wasted my money on it. It's impossible to sharpen, no matter what I tried (I only used it until the first sharpening, after that the core of the pencil kept breaking and breaking.
This pencil is excellent. I chose the white color. I recommend it to everyone!
Not very long-lasting, it tends to crumble and scratch due to the shimmer, hence 4 stars, but it looks very stunning. Photos taken under white artificial lighting, with white and black eyeliners for color comparison.
As always - the best.
903 - Dark Brown.
The color, texture, and blending are excellent. However, there is one issue. After the second sharpening, a large portion of the pencil wore off and it constantly broke.
I have the shade 903 - Dark Brown. Overall, I really like it because of the color, easy application, soft texture, and easy blending. One star deducted for its longevity.
The color is stunning, but it can be a bit difficult to apply. However, if you use it with a base or primer, it stays on well. If you just apply the pencil alone, it tends to smudge quickly (I have oily skin).
Good pencils. I have shades: 911 - emerald city; 912 - charcoal; 906 - white. They are not hard, the tips break quite easily. 911 is pigmented, but slightly uneven. 912 is a very beautiful warm gray, I like to use it for eyeliner, it's not as "dirty" as black. 906 is not very pigmented, it's not suitable for eyeliner at all.
I am very satisfied with the pencil.
These pencils have a vibrant color that lasts all day, as long as you don't rub your eyes or get caught in the rain. It's a bit challenging to create a thin line even with the NYX sharpener.
I purchased the emerald color and it is very good, not dull. It is convenient to use and my pencil sharpens well. The only downside is that it is slightly too soft, which causes it to smudge quickly on my eyelids, but I fix it with eyeshadows.
If you use it on your foundation, it somehow turns bluish instead of black. It's not long-lasting, after 30 minutes it starts to smudge when applied on the mucous membrane.
I have a green pencil. It is a vibrant shade of green. When I apply it on an Artdeco base, it tends to glide a little, so I have to press harder and go over it a few times.
Pros: The product is soft and easy to apply, with no trace left on the upper eyelid.
Cons: It is not long-lasting and by the evening it is hardly noticeable. It also sharpens poorly. I expected more from this brand.
This is the first time I am buying this product and I immediately throw it away. The reason is that I couldn't even sharpen the pencil properly (I tried several previous ones of the same brand). The lead just crumbled with every movement. I couldn't even sharpen it by a few millimeters. I have bought this product before and it was fine in terms of expiration date. I don't understand what's going on and why the quality has become like this.
I really liked it.
The Black Shimmer pencil is absolutely terrible. It applies smoothly and is soft, but after just 30 minutes, it starts to crumble and leaves black residue under the eyes. To make matters worse, it has a million sparkles, which is just awful. Overall, it was a horrible purchase.
I purchased a black pencil. Overall, I like it very much. It is very soft, although when I first opened it, I accidentally broke the tip a bit, so be careful.
I bought a brown pencil. It is soft and blends nicely.
I bought a pencil in the shade Moss, and it is easy to apply and has a beautiful vibrant color. It smudges a little (unlike the Epic Wear line, where it completely sets), but it fully satisfies me for its price. ❤️ I applied it on the upper lid, and I will see how long-lasting it is on the eyes.
I got the black color with sparkles, and I liked it. It's soft enough but not greasy. It blends well. I will be ordering more.
The product is dry, difficult to apply, and the color itself is pale. It looks decent when applied on the hand, but it's problematic on the eyes (I got the purple shade). However, when I apply eyeshadow on top, it looks better. Will I repurchase this specific product? Probably not. Although, I absolutely adore Nyx as a brand.
The sparkly lavender shade didn't work for me as an everyday makeup option, so now it's just lying around. However, I really liked the green one.
I ordered shades 910 and 929, and I really liked them. They are easy to apply and have a beautiful color. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you so much!
As an eyeliner pencil, it is quite long-lasting. If you set it with eyeshadows, you really don't have to worry at all. The brown shade gives a much softer look compared to black. This pencil is very convenient for drawing winged lines.
I bought it for cooking. It worked perfectly for the task, and I am satisfied.
beautiful.
The delivery, as always, was top-notch. I purchased the 903 pencil, and it is soft and very beautiful. I would say the color is chocolate-like, in my opinion. Overall, I really liked it.
I bought a white pencil, but it was nothing special. It was just like any regular pencil you can find at a market. Even though it was soft, it definitely wasn't worth the money.
In my opinion, this pencil is perfect for eyebrows, yes, I know it is intended for eyes. First of all, the color is gray 912, which is difficult to find for eyebrows. Usually, they are either black or brown, but this one is a perfect cool ash blonde shade. Secondly, it is soft enough and the color intensity can be easily adjusted. It blends out excellently.
I bought the black one. It was disappointing. The pencil is very hard; you can't use it to draw a smooth line. It's not the best option for creating winged eyeliner either, as it smudges quickly. Maybe it could work as a base for a smoky eye look.
I bought a pencil for my mom (she has been using blue pencils of different brands for the past 20 years).
Shade 926.
She is thrilled, the color is vibrant and the durability is good.
Overall, I liked the pencil, but it is not suitable for the mucous membrane as it does not draw on it at all. However, it works perfectly for lining both the upper and lower eyelids. Although it fades after a few hours and subtly disappears, it is not a major issue as it does not smudge.
I purchased the white shade. It has a shiny finish and tends to smudge easily. I use it more like an eyeshadow rather than an eyeliner pencil.
I got the grey one. It has a slight shine to it. Overall, it's a great pencil: it applies smoothly, doesn't smudge, and doesn't create clumps.
I got a white eyeliner. I can't say that it's very visible - no. So I don't even bother using it to highlight my eyes. I'll try another white one later.
I tried the 918 (Pearl White) and the 940 (Black Shimmer) shades, and let me tell you, the 918 is practically invisible. You have to apply several layers just to see a little bit of color. On the other hand, the 940 is a nice and soft shade, making it very convenient for drawing eyeliner.
The pencil is soft and long-lasting.
I am satisfied with the purchase.
I chose the black shade (901). It applies easily and blends well. Personally, I didn't experience any issues mentioned below, such as smudging, running, or smearing on the upper eyelid. I will definitely purchase it again once it runs out.
Pointless product
I thought I could use this dark brown shade to draw something between my lashes or create a winged eyeliner, but it all smudges and even when I try to use it as eyeshadow, the colors don't blend at all. I don't know how else to use it... It's a shame, I don't like throwing things away because it's harmful to the environment, and excessive consumption is also not good.
What a waste of money! It applies nicely, but it just doesn't stay on. It smudges on the upper eyelid and after a couple of hours, it's only partially present in the lash area. I might as well just throw it away.
I tried shade 916 - Auburn. In my opinion, it is more suitable for a nude makeup look. I will try a darker shade next time. The texture is good, it applies smoothly. However, one eye didn't turn out well in the photo.
I bought a bronze pencil. Besides the bronze shimmer, it also has gold glitter. This turned out to be a complete disappointment in my purchase. Not only do these glitters exist, but they are randomly distributed on the eyelid and ruin the overall impression of the pencil. I do not recommend it.
The pencil is soft, draws beautiful lines, and does not smudge throughout the day. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
The pencil is soft and does not smudge when I apply it to my eyelids for eyeshadow. To achieve an intense color, I need to apply it three times. Overall, the pencil is decent. I would also like to thank Maykapu for the fast delivery.
Just an ordinary pencil, nothing special.
I ordered it in white color and it is a fantastic pencil. It has the perfect level of hardness.
Very soft, spreads easily, flows smoothly, and shines.
I liked it for blending. It is soft and blends well - I use it as a light eyeshadow. It does not smudge on oily eyelids.
Some time ago, I wrote a good review, but now I am just shocked by this pencil. I used it to draw eyeliner, but after a few hours, my eyes started itching and I erased the pencil, but it didn't help the situation... on the contrary, it got even worse. My eyelids were burning and turned red. The next morning, my eyes became even "prettier" - swollen and watery, with red streaks (in the areas where I had drawn the eyeliner). It's better to be without makeup than to repeat my story (I have never had such a reaction to any cosmetics before). I really regret buying this product and creating such a nightmare for myself with my own money.
Some time ago, I wrote a positive review about it, but now I am simply shocked.
Not the best pencil. The line smudges into a dirty spot within half an hour.
Horrible. I bought a black pencil from the official store. I applied it over my powder and eyeshadow. After an hour and a half, I looked like a tired old lady with a hangover. The pencil smudged, smeared on my upper eyelid, and left marks on the lower one. And the worst part is that I couldn't wash it off in the evening.
The pencil is good, but the shade Sapphire is actually more light blue than rich blue. However, I am not disappointed - it also draws quite accurately.
The pencil is excellent. It stays on until you wash it off. It is soft, but it doesn't smudge.
