The pencil is not very soft. They did not send 3 pencils as a gift, as promised.
These pencils are very nice. The olive color is calm and not too bright. It is exactly what I was looking for to make my eyes look natural for everyday makeup. I showed in the photo how it creates a precise line and how it can be softly applied and blended. The white pencil is very visible. They are dry enough to not smudge after an hour on the skin, but at the same time, it is possible to draw a soft line.
I don't like that these items now come without protective films. The pencil arrived short and not sharply sharpened. I'm not a psychic and cannot tell if it has been used before. It's just an average product.

I really liked it, it clearly defines the boundaries of the eyebrows. However, it came in black color. Nevertheless, it's not bad either. I will continue to purchase from this brand, just in a different color. I deducted one star for the mismatch in the color of the pencil. I have no other complaints, as I didn't check immediately upon receiving it at the post office.
I purchased shade 30 - Brown. I am completely satisfied with this pencil! It is long-lasting (removes easily with micellar water), creates a nice winged eyeliner, and the color is not dark brown, but rather a lighter shade. I have light brown hair and green eyes, so black eyeliner doesn't suit me very well. But this shade of brown is fantastic!
I bought 2 pencils: 90 - soft, used for drawing the mucous membrane. Satisfied. But I bought it for 180 UAH (EU), now the price is 106 UAH (EU).... The difference is significant....
70 - I do not recommend!!!! Very hard, almost does not draw. Scratches the eye. 152 UAH in the trash.....
I am looking for a soft blue pencil specifically for the mucous membrane. I read in the reviews that this one is recommended. I chose the number 60. It looks great on the hand. However, it only lasts a few minutes on the mucous membrane. By the time I finished drawing and went to the window to take a photo, it had almost disappeared from the outer part of the mucous membrane. I tried drying the mucous membrane and refreshing it several times within 5 minutes, hoping for some kind of cumulative effect, but unfortunately, it didn't work.
The pencil itself is moderately soft and has a generous color payoff. If anyone is looking for a pencil for an upper eyelid line, this one can be used.
Five years ago there was a perfect pencil, but now it's terrible. When you sharpen it, it crumbles. The lead itself is very soft. I won't buy it again!

Not pigmented, completely transparent. On the mucous membrane, it is not visible, I applied it, but it was pointless. But after an hour, there was a smudging effect under the lower lashes. That is to say, it can still be applied on the mucous membrane, it's just not visible there. It doesn't work at all on the upper eyelid. Completely useless purchase.
I have been using these pencils for many years. The quality is excellent. I don't know why there are negative reviews about them, maybe it depends on the shade. I have the 030 brown and 050 charcoal grey. They blend well and draw a smooth line, and they also hold up quite well. The only thing I can mention is that the 050 shade has slightly changed (previously it had a hint of bluishness, but now it is purely grey), but it still suits me fine. The brown shade, on the other hand, remains unchanged. Previously, they were made in Ireland, but now they are made in China, maybe that's the reason, I don't know... But the quality has not changed. I am satisfied with them.

My favorite pencil! But what a dilemma, now it is made in China??? Whether it's a knock-off or not is unknown. At first, they delivered a normal one from the website, like before (made in Italy), and then China) The quality has been affected by the fact that the lead has become even softer and it is very difficult to draw lines with it, makeup now takes even more time(((

The pencil is wonderful. I have been using it for 5 years. It is the best one out of all the ones I have tried - it applies very well and lasts long. Lately, I have been buying it at the Makeup store and I have always been very satisfied. But last time, unfortunately, they brought a clear fake: it is impossible to apply properly, it crumbles and leaves pieces on the eyelid, and then it smudges horribly (I have to wipe it off with cotton swabs every half an hour, otherwise I look like a mess). I struggled for 3 days and just threw it away.
I really liked the pencil, I will definitely buy more.
