Lancome Hypnose Drama Lash Mascara

I bought this mascara for the second time, hoping that maybe I just didn't understand it the first time. Unfortunately, I didn't like it. It flakes off, clumps up, and dries out quickly.

This mascara is great if you are not experienced with applying it. It applies beautifully. Even if you don't know how to apply mascara, it's worth buying, even for a million dollars. Of course, the result also depends on your natural lashes because it's still mascara, not false lashes!

Wonderful item!!! Simply enchanting!!! Once you apply it, it stays on all day without flaking or smudging. It transformed my lashes into something like Ufa's. I am extremely satisfied!

It was not the mascara itself that disappointed me (it went on my lashes quite nicely, without clumps and evenly), but the applicator brush, which ended up staying in the mascara bottle after a month and couldn't be retrieved, so I had to throw it away.

This mascara is amazing! Lancome is still the leader for me. I have been using their cosmetics for 15 years now, and I always buy everything from this brand. I recently purchased the brown one, and it has given my lashes a chic, natural, and voluminous length.

The mascara is excellent! It is specifically designed for blondes and is a beautiful brown-black shade. It applies easily, without smudging, and stays in place throughout the day without flaking.

I received this mascara as a gift. My experience with it was terrible, as it clumps and sticks all my lashes together. I immediately threw it away. Personally, I use a mascara that is five times cheaper and one hundred times better than this one. Therefore, when it comes to mascara, the price is not an indicator of quality at all.

Amazing mascara!
I bought it in brown color. It looks dark, almost black, on the lashes. The color adds softness and depth to the eyes.
It doesn't smudge, even though it's not waterproof. It easily removes without streaks or effort.
It stays on the lashes all day, without clumps, doesn't flake, and there are no dark smudges under the eyes.
You can create natural thin lashes or add more coats for a doll-like effect. Whichever way you apply it, your lashes will look great in the evening.

I never believed that Lancome mascara could be bad, so despite reading some negative reviews, I still bought it. And now, I too am writing a negative review. I am surprised that it is so bad. My eyelashes clump together in big clumps, there is too much product on the brush, so I have to remove the excess. At one point, I wanted to wash it all off, but since I was in a hurry for an event, I brushed through my still wet lashes with a dry brush from an old mascara. It improved slightly, but still not good. I still hope that over time it will either dry out or I will get used to it. It's a shame to throw it away, it cost one hundred hryvnias after all.

After a long day and intense workout at the gym, there is not a single trace of mascara under my eyes. I am pleasantly shocked and consider myself a fan of this mascara. I buy it every fifth time. My lashes become long and luxurious after using it. With regular mascara, I have to spend a lot of time to achieve this effect. At times, I have used drugstore brands - they tend to flake off and irritate my eyes. There is no comparison with this mascara! And what's equally important, it easily washes off! Thank you to the store for the pleasant discount on it!

This mascara is great for those who love doll-like voluminous lashes. It instantly gives you real volume without the need for a long wait, and it also lengthens your lashes. The only downside is that it may smudge a little bit by the end of the day, but it could be because I had it packaged and stored for a long time. Maybe there's a catch. Other than that, this mascara is fabulous, and I will definitely purchase it again.

I fell for the promotion and bought the brown one. When applied in one layer, it feels like a kilogram of mascara on each eye, causing the lashes to clump together. I have to separate them with a needle or another brush. To be fair, I must mention that the mascara doesn't smudge, it just flakes a little and creates long, albeit completely unnatural-looking lashes.

This mascara is perfect for those who prefer a natural makeup look, and it has a pleasant scent. It doesn't give you lashes like Malvina's, of course, but it does slightly curl them. I would give it 4 stars.

I didn't buy it here, but in duty-free. I didn't like it at all. It colors decently, but the worst thing is that it flakes off. I read reviews, some people experience flaking while others don't. It's unclear why this happens. Mine started flaking off in the first week of use!

I was dissatisfied with this product. It clumps on the lashes and sticks them together - at first, I thought it was because it was new. But no, it continues to perform the same way as a cheap mascara. By the evening, it starts to crumble and irritates my eyes. It also "dries out" the lashes.

Before this, I had used Lancome Hypnose Custom Volume Mascara twice - it was amazing! I will buy it again as soon as it becomes available, as it makes my lashes silky smooth.

I absolutely love this mascara. It's the best one I have ever tried, and I've tried many, including luxury brands. Lancome is the best mascara for me, but the price... I always used to buy it for my makeup, but now the price is just as high as in a luxury boutique, and it's even cheaper in a discount store with a membership card. It's such a pity.

I am changing my review from "relatively satisfied" to "extremely dissatisfied"! It has only been a month since I started using this mascara, and it is already crumbling with black sand and leaving spider-like marks. And to top it off, I wrote such a detailed review about it, ugh :)

I really liked this mascara. It applies easily and gives an instant volumizing effect. The color is rich and luxurious. It has a light and pleasant scent. The only thing is that the brush has a slightly unusual shape. It takes some getting used to.

My natural eyelashes are fine, so I rarely have any complaints about mascara unless it's completely ineffective. I like to try different mascaras each time to add variety and not be tied to just one. I find something cool in each one. For example, the Guerlain mascara comes with a mirror and has a pleasant scent. Its brush has a versatile shape that allows me to style my lashes in any way I want. The caramel-scented organic mascara (which comes in a cardboard tube) also smells amazing and, in my opinion, really contains nourishing oils, as my lashes looked more vibrant and healthy. The Diorshow mascara has the coolest blue color, and its intensity can be adjusted from dark blue to almost invisible to ultra-bright electric blue. It has a thick, very thick, fixing formula that makes lashes stand out and look like extensions. The most affordable, high-quality, and versatile mascara for all occasions turned out to be the beloved Bourjois Volume Glamour. I frequently returned to it when I didn't want to spend more. I still can't find a light brown mascara that blends well with my brown hair. I tried the Hypnose Drama mascara. The brown shade is almost like black, even with a light application. I spent a long time examining the brush and couldn't understand the meaning behind its intricate shape. I understand curved brushes that curl lashes, thick brushes that add volume and separate lashes, thin brushes that lengthen, and silicone brushes with bristles that coat and separate each lash. I even understand the spiky brush from Givenchy, which can create any design on lashes with skill. But the strange curves of the Hypnose brush reminded me more of the design of the Hypnose perfume bottle, where the illusion is created that the bottle bends in different directions. Therefore, it seemed to me (although I could be wrong) that there is more aesthetic design here than practicality, just a gimmick of the Hypnose series, with everything bent here and there. The mascara applies quite thickly but overall, it's not bad. I didn't notice any clumps or fallout, but a couple of black dots did stick to my foundation, and when I tried to remove them gently, they smudged beautifully. I will probably try something new next time, but I will continue to use this one without any objections. By the way, the mascara was delivered to me very fresh and sealed. I won't repeat the praises of fast delivery, impeccable super service, and other advantages of the store because everyone in Ukraine already knows about it.

Rating 3. These lashes start to fall off after a couple of hours of wear. They look good in the evening, but during the day they become excessively greasy and clump together (you can layer them). The best option is Diorshow Extase.
