Apply to damp, towel-dried hair. Depending on the length and thickness of the hair, use from 2 to 5 ml of the product. Spread over the entire length of the locks to the ends, comb through. Do not rinse. Style with a hairdryer.

Not a bad product. Hair does indeed look good after styling, but it still gets greasy. Therefore, the price is not justified.
I have porous and curly hair. I apply the product to damp hair before blow-drying. It has a pleasant scent and leaves my hair smooth and shiny. The effect lasts for several days, until the next wash. However, if you apply too much or don't fully dry your hair, it can weigh it down and give the appearance of unwashed hair.
I have been buying Kerastase Discipline Keratine Thermique not for the first time. It is my love in every sense. This product is designed for use with heating tools such as a hairdryer or curling iron. However, I do not use either of them. I simply apply it to damp or dry hair. My hair is unruly, wavy, and porous. Currently, this is the only product that makes it well-groomed, fresh, and shiny. It does not weigh it down and does not require frequent washing. And the special delight is the scent. It is light and very pleasant. It reminds me of jasmine. It lasts for a long time. It pleasantly spreads when my hair moves.
I really like Kerastase products. I currently don't color my hair and I use the Resistanse shampoo. I also bought the Fondant and this keratin thermique. My hair has become softer and no longer frizzes up in humid weather. However, it looks dirty. Maybe I'm not using it correctly.
I really liked the heat protectant. I have porous, dyed hair (previously blonde) and then returned to my natural color, so the quality of my hair is damaged. It has a pleasant scent and a liquid cream texture. I blow dry my hair with a comb, and afterwards, my hair is very soft and not porous. I am satisfied with the result.
This product is simply amazing for porous and brittle hair. It effectively smooths the hair, leaving it sleek and shiny. I constantly straighten or curl my hair, but I don't experience any split ends at all. I have found the perfect combination for myself by using the Lebel shampoo and conditioner along with this heat protectant.
The heat protection is good, making the hair soft and manageable, but the scent is simply awful and also long-lasting. Personally, for me, it's like "grandma's boring perfume". The same scent is also in the Discipline shampoo.

This is truly amazing! I bought a heat protectant and my hair feels incredibly soft and smooth afterwards, almost like when I was a child. And the scent is incredible! It's like a bomb! At first, the smell is neutral, but after applying it, it reveals itself, if I may say so.

Probably one of the few Kerastase products that I didn't like. It doesn't smooth out my hair at all; they remain frizzy and continue to frizz. Plus, it seems like my hair gets dirty faster when using it. The spray from the same line is much better and more effective. I will go back to using it.
After reading numerous positive reviews and hearing about the advertised results from the manufacturer, I had higher expectations for this product. Unfortunately, it didn't do anything special for my colored hair. Previously, I used the Echosline Seliar fluid, which is almost three times cheaper, and I liked it more. My hair had more shine after using it compared to this product.
Comparing it to nothing, this is my first heat protectant. I straighten my hair first with a blow dryer, then with a straightener on the ends. The scent is luxurious! It doesn't leave any stickiness and my hair remains straight for a long time. I also use a leave-in mask and spray. I apply the heat protectant last. I like it.

After using the Elixir Ultime hair oil, I wasn't really a believer in Kerastase's "magic," but curiosity and a bunch of positive reviews pushed me to buy this product! And oh, what a miracle! My hair became much softer after the very first use, compared to when I used other heat protectants! And after the third application, I couldn't even recognize my hair - it became more vibrant, shiny, and no longer "crunchy" at the ends!)) I definitely recommend buying it!

In my opinion, this product does not justify its price. The scent is nice and it makes combing my hair easier, but it is too early to talk about its heat protection properties. There is nothing special about it, and it can easily be replaced with a more affordable alternative. By the way, I also bought the CHI Kardashian black seed oil along with this milk, and it turned out to be much better for me than Kerastase.
The product works! I bought it together with the shampoo, conditioner, and oil from the Elixir Ultime series. I am satisfied with all of the products, but the heat protection spray is my favorite! I have long and thick hair, and styling always took a lot of time... But now, it's a pleasure to style my hair because I know the result will be amazing :)
