This is a great cream with a pleasant scent, but I find that I need a lot of it (I work as a nurse and have to wash my hands very often, which is really harsh on my skin, especially in winter), so it ends up being expensive. I really like hand creams with urea (for example, Eucerin) because they keep my hands moisturized for longer. I will continue to experiment and search for other quality products.
