You can use it from head to toe while showering, and if you didn't know, try using it to wash your hair, you'll be amazed at how amazing it is. Of course, it can't completely replace shampoo on a regular basis, but if you run out of shampoo, you can definitely use it as a substitute. I'm saying this as a professional hairstylist!
